Alliance Lollipop ROM for Galaxy Note 4! [SM-N910F]

If you have an international Note 4 with model number SM-N910F, you probably have been playing around with Lollipop for awhile now.  Well, if you want to further enhance your Lollipop TouchWiz experience with 12 more custom themes and lots of customization, you may want to consider installing the Alliance Lollipop ROM by XDA users Lacoursiere18, Txr33, Goldie, and Sawdoctor.

One of my favorite ROMs for KitKat, Alliance ROM is back in full force in with the customization you love and performance boost from Android 5.0.1 Lollipop.  Although I had no trouble using stock Lollipop as it was solid performer, installing Alliance ROM got me to another level of being high on Android.  First off, you will an app called “Alliance Manager” which comes loaded with 18 different themes to choose from.  These will load you with some backgrounds, custom dialers and colors.

Of course, that’s not all of it.  Alliance Team has incorporated its own Alliance ROM Settings app that allows you to fully tweak the theme to your liking and even make your own theme and save it for sharing with others.  Perhaps you can make your own theme with it, make sure to share with others in the comments box!

With Alliance ROM Settings app, you will be able to fully tweak your status bar, notification panel, shortcuts, system animations, lockscreen, and my favorite feature is the hardware key mapping.  You can set your Home button long-press and double-press to anything you want it to do.  For that, I chose my Torch as I use it often and now I can double-click on my Home button anytime anywhere to turn on my flashlight.

Other than that, Alliance ROM is a great way to enjoy your Note 4 to the fullest.  It’s actually near stock-like as far as system and apps go but the customization is simply amazing.

And yes, this ROM does come with goodies like native call recording, screen recording, and screenshot.  Overall, this is a fantastic TouchWiz Lollipop ROM that’s going to give you an extra edge in customizing your phone to your liking so if you have an SM-N910F (and should be compatible with any other Qualcomm-based international Note 4 with Lollipop bootloader), give it a test drive this week(end) and do let me know what you think!
